Two herbal teas I'm super into lately...
For an afternoon pick-me-up, I'm loving Turmeric Ginger @rishitea. Warming, spicy, but surprisingly (and happily) a little sweet at the end of every sip. The tea bag has big pieces of organic ginger, orange peel, and bright yellow turmeric - all have powerful anti-inflammatory powers 💪🏻I CRAVE this tea...never had that with a tea before.
And for my post-dinner tea, I'm digging Bengal Spice @celestialtea to which I add a few glugs of almond milk and bit of liquid stevia so it has a creamy, chai-esque dessert vibe. It actually satisfies my need for a little sweet after a meal - lots of cinnamon, carob (tastes chocolatey), ginger, and nutmeg.
