Consume grasas saludables a diario en forma de aceites, semillas, frutos secos y aguacate 🥑.

Se recomienda el consumo de grasas saludables a diario teniendo en cuenta que nuestro objetivo es obtener un equilibrio omega 3/omega 6 de 1:1.
.
🔎 Las semillas de lino y de chía, y el aceite de lino son la mejor fuente de omega 3, tómalos a diario. En el caso de las semillas de lino se recomienda una cantidad de 1-2 cucharadas diarias, de aceite de lino, 1 cucharada al día.

✏️ Recuerda que el aceite debe ser ecológico de primera extracción en frío, debe estar envasado en una botella opaca y que hay que guardarlo en el frigorífico como máximo un mes desde el momento en que lo abramos. Nunca lo uses para cocinar, consúmelo en crudo.
.
Se recomienda tomar nueces, avellanas, anacardos, almendras, semillas de girasol y de calabaza. Son fuente de omega 6 saludables y en menor cantidad de omega 3. La cantidad recomendada es de un puñado diario.

🌱 Consume semillas germinadas, son bro- tes de vida donde abundan las proteínas, las vitaminas y los fitoquímicos.

El aceite de oliva virgen extra nos aporta omega 9 o ácido oleico. Consume unas 4-6  cucharadas al día. El resto de aceites vegetales no son recomendables por su alto aporte en omega 6, salvo el aceite de germen de trigo que puede usarse en crudo para ensaladas.

❎ Evita el aceite de girasol refinado y las margarinas para cocinar, contienen grasas perjudiciales.
