Calcium and nutrient rich. Mostly- delish. Salads and me are tight but I do mix it up. Those same prepped ingredients in the fridge become fresh Spring rolls (rice paper wraps) or these sushi style hand rolls using Nori sheets. Nori is made from seaweed, one of the most nutrient dense foods on the planet. It is a leafy green, after all. 😍
