This past weeks nutrition started off good and ended up being below average. Lol!
I felt bloated, lower energy, in my moods.EVERYTHING!!! Food is SO POWERFUL AND I like sticking to the stuff that makes me feel energized and GOOD and not sluggish.
Dusting myself off and trying again.
That's exactly how I lost 75 pounds.
If I messed up I didn't give up or stop, I kept going.
I'm in this for life.✌
