About last night... still salivating over @animalrestaurant's chicken liver toast and the pig ears with red chili, lime and runny sunny side up egg dishes. Sooo good. And while the boys at the table scoffed at us for ordering the market lettuce salad with the mustard vinaigrette at a place named Animal, it complimented and cut the richness of the other dishes perfectly! Can't wait to go back!
