I am officially down 30 lbs!!! The left photo is from March 2018, the photo on the right is from today.
I am so happy with my transformation so far. I know I am still thicker than a Snicker, but my goodness I am proud of myself. Nutrition has played the biggest role in my weightloss, however, being more active and going to the gym on a regular basis has also contributed. Fitness ultimately was most mportant as it led the doctors to finding the multitude of pulmonary emboli that I am currently battling in both lungs. Had I never exerted myself at the gym, these symptoms would never have arrived and I may not be here today. Fitness and my health in general have been a huge focus this year and I'm fortunate that has been the case.
My goal was to lose 40 lbs by the end of the year. I feel confident that I can knock out these additional 10 lbs before the New Year. I can't wait to continue my transformation beyond my first goal.
