My formula for success 🗝️ (READ CAREFULLY):
🤯 Practice and concentration and then more practice and concentration . You get better at lifting over time. You'll get stronger, learn methods for better muscle development, and figure out what works for you (hopefully). You also get better at reading food labels, meal prepping, and macro setting.

⚗️ SARMs list included 1 cycle of #s4, 2 cycles of #lgd4033 (currently on 1) & #cardarine, and 1 cycle of #ostarine
🥑 I've been on Keto for almost 1.5 years. Think about this: it takes me 2 weeks to eat as many carbs as the average gym-goer eats in 1 day. Here we are 😉. -
