Transformation update— 60 days vs 260 days.
In one month, I’ve gained 5 pounds of muscle mass, and dropped from 9.2% body fat to 7.9%! I really needed that boost of motivation. I found out bulking can be difficult, especially because you don’t see the aesthetic results as quickly, but I *feel* stronger than ever, and now I have the stats on paper to prove it.
