I just smile but actually, deep in my heart I have my answer but I think it's a little bit arrogant if I say it. This is my answer "Yes, payment gue emang gak seberapa kalau dibandingun ama gaji lo, tapi lumayan kok untuk diri sendiri, meski masi dibantu dikit ama nyokap buat tempat tinggal, makan & transport, but at least buat jajan, udah cukup. Ya, gue gak mau jadi orang munafik, uang emang nomor satu, ya mungkin nomor dua setelah ilmu, bahkan nomor tiga setelah partner kerja yang klop. Tapi diluar uang, then, why? Because it's my standard, it's my quality, and I think it still nothing againts to foreign young Chef(cook), but this is who I am, I start from 16 years old as a science student who love to cook, work at semi fast food resto, part time at four stars hotel, part time at five stars hotel, and now, part time at fine dining resto, I believe that my standard and quality will increase automatically if I keep moving forward, no matter how hard is it, I BELIEVE IT 🙏🙏🙏
