I think this can be actually harder realization to come to than being love or loving.
I am one that gives money to those that ask on the street. If I have cash, I give it (which goes a long with a whole other philosohy I live by, but that's not what this is about.) And in those interactions, I make I contact, I am respectful of the human asking for help.
One time there was a woman at the gas station asking for money. I checked my wallet and all I had was a $10. So, I turned and handed it to her. "This is for you."
Tears welled in her eyes. I didn't know how long she'd been out there asking, but I imagine it had not been a fun challenge. I remember thinking in that moment, "Human to human - I love you." *
In that moment, she was loved by me. You are loved. If sadly not all the time by family or friends, know that you are human to human, loved by me.
I've started this very instagram with my love for you.
