Do you include stretching and mobility work into your training regime? Do you find that no matter how long you’ve been training for you just can’t seem to perfect your compound lifts? I.e the Squat? Do you struggle to engage your core? Do you find that your lower back is weak throughout those heavier lifts?🤷🏼‍♀️ - Including a variation of Stretches, Mobility work and Pre exercise Priming will help you identify and correct/help prevent any further development of these issues. Here are a few Stretches, Pre exercise’ Back Priming exercises and Mobility tests that i include before, after and sometimes in between my training sessions💁🏼‍♀️. The first Clip is a Dorsi Flexion range of motion screen, which is gives me an insight on my ankle mobility, the second clip is a Hip Flexor stretch, the following two clips are two Lower Back Priming exercises which i ALWAYS prioritise, - all are important for me to assess/include prior to my training sessions especially when its my Squat or Deadlift day in order for me to perform these exercises at the highest standard possible. This time last year I would never have posted a video of me with a sports bra on 😂 I’m nowhere near where I want to be and feel vulnerable posting vids with my belly out (especially since I chose to drink pints of lager at the bar last night for footies sake!) but I think honest is the best way forward and at least I’m doing something to work of those pints 🍻😂... I almost didn’t post this when I watched it back but decided that it’s better to not overthink things that are not important! Let it go!
It’s better to do things that make you feel vulnerable as it enables you to realize that it really doesn’t matter what other people think of you, people usually won’t make you feel as bad as that little voice inside your head that shouts you down and tells you your not good enough (and if someone does, then they have their own problems clearly 😂😂 and we can feel bad for them but still not about ourselves!). Do something everyday that puts you out there...it’s better than being in your head 😘😘🎶☀️☀️

"Тест Купера" — тест на физическую выносливость. Проверь себя!!! 4 упражнения по 10 раз - один круг/цикл, необходимо выполнить 4 круга на время.

В тест входят следующие упражнения:

1) Делаем 10 отжиманий и остаемся в упоре лежа.
2) Делаем поднос ног в положение упор сидя и возвращаемся в упор лежа, 10 раз.
3) Переворачиваемся на спину. Пресс. Либо подъем корпуса до вертикали, либо закидываем ноги за голову, либо складываемся одновременно локти к коленям. Отрыв поясницы обязателен. 10 раз.
4) 10 выпрыгиваний из полного приседа либо 10 разножек, по 5 на каждую ногу, коленом касаемся пола.

4 круга за 3 минуты - отлично,
за 3.30 - хорошо,
за 4 мин - удовлетворительно.
Если время больше, плохо.

Важно!
