Last nights #WOD (workout of the day) at @crossfitkendall was terrible lol 😂. This is just one minute of footage of what was a 7minute #AMRAP ( As Many Reps As Possible) of Squat Clean & Jerks at 125lbs. Man you talk about killer. And yes I know my form isn't the best, I am still a work in progress. Shout out to #Coach Mike for pushing me through to the end! Anyone that is out there starting anything new... understand that there will be an "ugly" period in which you are still learning some things but over time you will get better and better but if you quit however, you will never get better!
