Finished my early morning training and on the way to work. The only positive thing I can take From this is I've already managed two breakfasts. Might even get a third in if the M6 is closed again and I'm queuing to get off 🙂👍 Pauly, if there's no food involved I will not be there since '74 🙂x #amputeeswholift#onelegtwoarmsthreechins
Are we replacing the word SIN with MISTAKE? A SIN is knowing the right thing to do and doing the wrong thing. A MISTAKE is 3+3=7
Do you think God is ashamed of your SIN? And it is His frustration and anger that is keeping your relationship from flourishing? ~ OR ~ Are you ashamed and full of guilt from your SIN? Hiding from God's love and grace?
Genesis 3: 8-10 8 Then the man and his wife heard the sound of the LORD God as he was walking in the garden in the cool of the day, and they hid from the LORD God among the trees of the garden. 9 But the LORD God called to the man, “Where are you?” 10 He answered, “I heard you in the garden, and I was afraid because I was naked; so I hid.
God did not shame or rebuke them, but clothed Adam and Eve and restored their relationship. God showed them love! God's view of Adam and Eve did not change, it was the view of themselves that caused them to try and hide.
Having my left leg amputated and knowing that I’m having my right leg amputated too has been the hardest thing I’ve ever had to deal with - thinking why has it happened to me sometimes... . I’ve always believed there is always someone worse off than you -Looking at this man here doesn’t only inspire me but also reminds me how lucky I am. Having to deal with no arms or legs is something that I can’t comprehend but it really shows me that life can go on exactly how you want it to despite what is thrown at you. . This man is one of my true inspirations and I’m sure he is to so many other people. 🙌
Your lats take up about 60% of your back. Since they are such a large muscle, it is necessary to train them from several angles. I often will end my back workouts with these twisting bent over rows to target the upper half of my lats! When doing these, be sure to keep your back relatively flat by engaging your core and keeping your shoulder blade down!
