Did you know that survival rates can double or triple when trained bystanders jump into action and perform CPR?
Today's #motivationalmonday is in honor of National EMS Week, which is from May 20 to May 26. During this week, AMR (American Medical Response) is teaming up with the International Association of Fire Chiefs and the American College of Emergency Physicians to train bystanders on how to save lives if someone suffers cardiac arrest or significant trauma.
They created the World CPR Challenge, and have trained more than a quarter million bystanders in compression-only CPR! For more information about AMR’s CPR Challenge and events near you, please visit www.amr.net/CPR
