Today I got the stairclimbing workout I was shooting for earlier this week. I managed to beat my PR by a whopping 1 floor 😂, a PR is a PR, right? 1,856 steps, 116 floors in 20 minutes. I probably could have done even more if I hadn't ran 4 miles on the treadmill beforehand. It was a really enjoyable workout today, stairclimbing is going well and I'm racking up the miles. Think I've shook away my sickness too, just in time for the weekend, Happy Friday everyone!
