#100daysofmakesomething number 48: For tonight's dinner I made a fusion thing that seemed a little risky but that payed off in tastiness and requests for a remake. They're these fritter things inspired by the Korean veggie pancakes we had last week. But instead of zucchini, carrots, and stuff, the batter is full of American breakfast hash ingredients (ham, cheese, matchstick-cut potatoes, shallots, and baby arugula because it REALLY needed to be used.). Yeah. They're good.
