When you wake up, your body is essentially dehydrated because you've gone several hours without water. Its only natural you help hydrate & cleanse your body by drinking water first thing in the morning.
Scientific tests have proven what the Japanese, & many other cultures have known for hundreds of years: Drinking water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, can cure many diseases including: "body ache, heart system, arthritis, fast heart beat, epilepsy, excess fatness, bronchitis asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, womb, cancer, menstrual disorders, ear nose & throat diseases"
Do this on an empty stomach, in the morning before brushing teeth, maybe as you're laying in bed still waiting for the alarm, or getting showered & dressed for work. I normally drink 2-3 cups of water but its up to your individual body weight. The water CANNOT contain flouride. Please note that too much water too fast can be dangerous. Dont go crazy drinking liters of water. The opposite of dehydration is hyponatremia, which means "low sodium", sometimes called water intoxication. Too much water too fast overwhelms the kidneys & can cause a drop in blood sodium levels.
After 45 minutes, eat & drink as usual. This simple ritual purifies the colon, making it easier for your body to absorb nutrients, at the same time balancing your lymph system. Your lymph glands help you perform daily functions, fight infection, & balance bodily fluids.
