This smoothie also contains banana which is high in vitamin B -(Biotin) helps create red blood cells, which carry oxygen and nutrients to the scalp and hair follicles. Promoting hair growth.
I enjoy mine with a bit of chocolate, but that’s optional. Ingredients below. .

🥜2-3 tbsp peanut butter
🥜1-2 tsp nuts
🥛1 cup almond milk
🍫1 tbsp cocoa powder
Add everything to blender and combine until smooth and creamy.
