#transformationtuesday for you all and for myself since my mind has me messed up today. My biggest enemy is my mind. I woke up last week at 140.2 feeling like a BAD ASS, woke up this morning at 140.7 feeling huge, bloated, and emotional. Did I gain that 0.5lbs? No! It's a fluctuation! But that doesn't mean the scale can't get to me sometimes too. I've lost 36.6lbs in a little over 10 months. Small baby steps to my goal. I've heard that I'm crazy, I've heard "you're too thin" I've heard "you can have just have one piece of ______" listen, I eat gummy bears and popcorn and have a carb loaded bowl almost EVERY NIGHT. I stick to my plan, I allow myself certain things. I have a system, and it works for me. I have goals, and they are for me. I am so proud of myself, but sometimes I need a reminder that even though I still have some work left to do, I've come so far.
So take today, and learn how to make a lifestyle change. I cannot emphasize that enough. When I learned what that truly meant it changed everything to me. Do not make a change that you cannot live with. Do not sacrifice ice cream and cake and bread, because most likely you cannot sustain that lifestyle.
