Have you ever been explained some new thing and they ask you: Any questions? No, ok. Probably you do have question, but you don't want to look dumb! This is the same you do when a client reach out your service/product, you show it and thet "any question?" and the client says "no" then you need to encourage them to ask you questions. How? first, be open and blame yourself like "you know some people had told me that I speak too fast/slow/techi so what do you think about this in the product?"
Please avoid saying "everything clear" "any question"
Other way to do it is by telling stories about what other clients had ask before: "some clients ask me about if the t-shirt fade in the first wash, do you use cold or hot water to wash?"
And remember, SMILE, don't forget to smile and have a open body language to allow them to feel comfortable and make questions, look at them in the eyes because, if they make questions, then they will buy more!
How do you ask questions in your industry? Tell me in the comments
