The Single Arm Dbell Row is one of my favorite exercises. It is great for independently targeting the Latissimus Dorsi, Posterior Deltoids and Serratus Muscles. Not to mention develop tremendous grip Strength in each hand.

🏀One of the best ways to condition for Basketball is The Beep Test.

You can purchase it on the App Store for a dollar or two and it's a very effective way to train your body to handle the demands of running up and down the court.

Set up markers 20 meters apart (roughly the baseline to the opposite 3-point line.

The beeps start slow, so conserve your energy. As the levels get higher, the beeps get faster.

🏀Sounds simple enough right? I've always hated this test but I can't deny it's effectiveness. Add it to your routine once a week and watch your lung capacity improve very quickly.
