I've said this on here before, if you want to get better at something then you have to surround yourself with people that are better and smarter than you. Over the past 2 weeks I've hit PR's increased my vertical and I'm pretty close to being the strongest and most well-rounded I've ever been and I'm only starting to scratch the surface. The Male and Female athletes at Big Mountain Barbell are among the most humble, hard working and good natured people I've ever been around, and they're hungry for success! Never Stop Learning and keep working hard to achieve your goals!

INCREASE YOUR GRIP STRENGTH!
Machines can have advantages but the best bang for your buck is with Barbells, Dumbbells & Kettlebells. There are MANY exercises to do but start with these:
1. Deadlifts
2. Sumo Deadlifts
3. Snatch Grip Deadlifts
4. Pull Ups
5. Chin-ups
6. Towel Pull ups (Wraps two hand towels around the bar)
7. Barbell Rows
8. Farmers Walks 🏀🏀2 Ball Holds, Pick Ups & Power Dribbles.
When you increase your grip strength, you will be more dominate with your ball handling, a more efficient rebounder and far less prone to losing the Basketball.
