I've said this on here before, if you want to get better at something then you have to surround yourself with people that are better and smarter than you. Over the past 2 weeks I've hit PR's increased my vertical and I'm pretty close to being the strongest and most well-rounded I've ever been and I'm only starting to scratch the surface. #TBT to Last year when I had an amazing opportunity to work with the Athletes at the University of Utah.
I remember thinking there would be a lot of ego and it would be tough to work with such talented individuals but I couldn't be more wrong. I never had one experience where that was the case. I got to work with Girl's Volleyball, track, cross country, baseball, golf, gymnastics, swimming and of course Men's Basketball.
Great work ethic, humble, gifted and just good kids. Great memories!
