FULL DAY OF EATING! I hope you enjoyed it in my stories. I’ve had requests for one but never really captured a full day. This day was a small food bump day, with a small increase in carbs and fat from my regular days. It was also my day off lifting. .
1️⃣ 40g quick oats with @zintnutrition collagen peptides, cinnamon, and @sweetleaf_stevia, 4 Amylu chicken breakfast sausage and 150g of grapefruit. Coffee. Black. .
2️⃣ 5oz raw wt flank steak, 170g air fried Yukon gold wedges, asparagus.
3️⃣ @corelifeeatery Berry Quinoa Bowl but I subbed romaine for spring mix and forbidden rice blend instead of quinoa, added beets, jalapeño, and pickled red onion, no flax seeds, and yes I’m the annoying one who brings their own dressing. Or in this case forgets it and has to walk next door and buy it at @freshthyme. Can’t live without @bolthousefarms organic raspberry vin and the macro are on point! .
4️⃣ 125g cooked chicken breast, 170g air fried sweets, 2T PB 2 mixed with water to make a sauce which I added salt and chili flake. The sweets were preseasoned with tumeric, ginger, pumpkin pie spice and stevia. Seasoned my 85g of green beans Szechuan style. This dish was yum!
5️⃣ Smoothie bowl made with lite coconut milk, mixed berries, @lovemysilk cashew milk and @yep.itsvegan Vanilla Ice Cream. Ice and blend in my Ninja.
6️⃣ 45g Sugar Cookie Blondie made from recipe taken from the #healthybrowniecookbook, 85g @halotopcreamery Vegan Oatmeal Cookie and 5g fruity pebbles. .
