It's a new week.......and today is day 1. . . With having a sore back for most of September and now a messed up foot in October, I haven't been getting my workouts done. . . I have stayed on track with my nutrition and that has helped me while not being as active as I want to be. . . So today is my day 1. I'm starting back into it with a program called Piyo. My back and foot aren't 100%, but I will show up and give it my best. ❤️ . . Is anyone else ready for their day #1?
