Running by heart rate and time makes for complicated sequences of numbers to try to remember. So, I used @inkbox to do a semi-permanent heart rate zone chart, then pen to write the run for the day. I got 9.4 miles in tonight. The hip pain that I had all of last week seems to have subsided 🤞
