🔌💉🚷Compulsory rest day. Woke with sudden reduced mobility in my right knee, which also affects the soreness in my back. Hurts to move. Probably coz I sat crossed-legged too long yesterday with the existing slight inflammation in my right knee. Went to the orthopedist this morning who removed the excess fluid with a syringe and gave me vitamin infusions and cortisol. Would have to go for MRIs next week for both my back and right knee to confirm it is just inflammation and muscle strain, not grade 4 athrosis like my left knee. And probably try regenerative therapy too. The orthopedist said again I am too young to be having such severe state of athrosis and NO it is not from training or running. Never has been. I would just have lay off running for a bit and modify training. In the past I would be very upset. But now I'm more patient with my body. It's aging. 🍲1@ 8.45am - Strawberries, wild raspberries

🍲3@ 7pm - Dinner out at Koller nearby our place. Pork schnitzel baked with cheese, tomatoes, onions. Potatoes and Salad on the side. I love the richness and wholesome feeling of Bavarian food, but I wouldn't like to eat it too often as it can get too overwhelming on my taste palate. 🍲4@ 9.45pm - I need my sweet endings. Peaches, strawberries, wild raspberries. Quark and oat cereal. 💝Being able to get the last min appointment with the private orthopedist and GM taking time off work to take care of L while I was there before rushing back to work. 💝Having Bavarian dinner with L and GM at the nearby Gasthaus on this longest summer day before the weather turns gloomy for the next few days.
