First time in 4 months I go.for a 1rm...
180-185-190 kg. 185 Is 95% so I'm happy with that. Let's start the hunt for 201 kg again! Better than focusing on my two shoulder injuries.
After the 1rm build:
150-155-160 kg on tape @ tempo every 2 minutes for 15 minutes.
After that 2 min rest and 10 squats @ 126 (65%),
1 minute rest and max reps @ 136 (70%)... that 1 minute rest might as well be no rest... fackkkk!

Experimenting with a steel mace flow I️ picked up from @onnitacademy. I️ love the steel mace because it forces me to move with immense intention and focus, which I️ think I️ very easily/often neglected during resistance training. Not to mention, it looks cool 😎.
This flow targeted -Shoulder Mobility
-Hip Mobility -Trunk Stability
-Shoulder Stability
-Rhythm -Symmetry
If you get the chance, experiment with some new tools, different movements and get out of your comfort zone. Have fun!
