SELF CONTROL AT XMAS?! How did you stay in check? I stayed home & didn't do the big family thing, that made it much easier to not eat enough for a village 🙊
I honestly totally relaxed on the diet.

This pic is lunch, just lettuce, gherkins, avocado, cultured vegetables, trilogy cheese 🧀 (so Aussie Xmas) and chicken.
Dinner was beef rump roast, veggies and I avoided the potatoes. Instead I had a big bowl of mango & cherries.
Over the day I snacked on a block of chocolate 🍫
Today I feel great, and I'm currently back at the gym. Not because I'm hardcore as fuck training on Boxing Day 🙄 but because it's Monday, I'm always training on Mondays.
