As I countdown my girlfriend's return I remember to focus on the fact that I used her return to achieve some goals. I will be able to plank for 5 minutes, I will master the stair climber for 10 minutes (that old dude at the gym that does 45 minutes, pretty sure you have 2 hearts...that's crazy), and I will lose this 20 pounds. Weight is only a partial measurement of success and some rarely use this as point of measurement. So I took some progress pictures today and will do some measurements this evening. I encourage others to do the same thing. See how far you can come for yourself. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Plank Challenge

A good plank engages many muscles, from your abdominals and obliques, to your gluteus maximus and your Vasteras lateras, you use your pectorals, triceps, deltoids, and teres major shoulder muscles. February of last year was when I decided to really work and pray for my Trades of Hope business. More importantly to pray for the artisans that make our products that they would be blessed with continuous work to provide for their families.

So my 27th year of life will be filled with even more fulfillment of myself. Between eating right, working out, building muscle, building an amazing relationship, maintaining a good family life, and living the happiest life I can live. I shall succeed.

My year 27 goals:
+Make goal weight by May 25 +‎Run in a 5k
+‎Complete an obstacle challenge course +‎Conquer the yoga headstand
My 30 Day Goals:
Although having gastric bypass I have decided to be completely transparent.
+Lose 20 pounds +‎Have a rigid weight lifting routine
+‎Daily cardio
+‎Couch to 5k 4 days a week

This weeks goals:
+Daily cardio and weight lifting
+‎Meditate daily
+‎120 ounces of water daily +‎120 grams of protein a day
+‎<60 grams of carbs
+‎<60 grams of sugar
