Healthy nachos!!!! I waste no time in getting back to dieting when I come back from trips. Too many times I've seen others put it aside and weight gain ensues. So here's how to make some healthy nachos. Trader Joe's has the lowest fat chips I've seen at 4.5g of fat per serving. I used lean ground beef 91/9 with Taco Bell seasoning. Topped off with some non fat cheese, non fat sour cream and fresh pico de gallo. Macros for this meal are: 63g of carbs, 27g of fat, 51g of protein.
