Once upon a time there lived a girl that didn't have a booty. She came from a long line of pancake bottoms and she believed that it was impossible to change that. A Few Booty Growing Tips:
1) Train legs/glutes at least twice a week.
2) Do targeted warm up exercises to activate your glutes before lifting.
3) Use mind muscle connection to activate glutes during each rep.
4) Be patient: If the glutes are a problem area for you like they are for me growing them takes lots of time and dedication.
