One of my favorite snacks is roasted Garbanzo Beans. Some people call them chickpeas. Whatever you call them - YUM! Healthy and filling and I also love adding these to salad. I simply drain and put them on a pan, toss in EVOO and add salt/pepper. Bake at 400 for 25-30 mins depending on how crispy you want them. I also add garlic sometimes but today we are out. Maybe the next addition to our garden 😉 I have to remind myself to share cause I will want these all for myself!! Enjoy and let me know if you try it!!!
