1. Replace fresh Rosemary in recipes 2. Inhale or diffuse to stimulate memory 3. Support immune system by adding to immunity roller. 4. Support liver function through ingestion, as the D-limonene in Rosemary helps support reduction of fatty buildup in liver. 5. Combine with Lavender and Cedarwood in a spray bottle for “Mermaid Hair" and healthy scalp. 6. Put in “Sore No More" roller to ease muscle tension. 7. Rub on chest to support clear respiratory system. 8. Mix in daily moisturizer to soothe dry skin. 9. Mix 12 drops with a half a cup of white vinegar and a half a cup of water in a spray bottle for use on kitchen countertops, the bathroom sink, or other areas around your home. 10. Flush out toxins and improve circulation in the legs. Mix Rosemary with other oils like fennel or almond oil to reduce the appearance of unflattering leg dimples.
