Yesterday I participated in a workout that is geared towards Mom's and their babies, in the stroller. I thought it would mostly be power walking and chatting with the other Mom's. Boy, was I wrong.
We did TONS of squats, push-ups, burpees, step-ups, planks, running, and minimal power-walking or talking!
Needless to say, today, I am sore. 😂 I am walking and looking like I have something stuck up my behind! But I am nutritionally replenishing my body. 💪
I LOVE FAT! I am currently snacking on this raw milk cheese from @traderjoes and it's hitting the spot. Earlier today I had a whole avocado, some sprouted sunflower seeds, and a piece of dark chocolate.
Don't fear the fat. If I could rename this macronutrient, I would. People are afraid of becoming fat. That is not how you should look at the nutrition of fat... When it's healthy fat! 😉
