475 lbs with a pause from the bottom for 5 sets of 4 reps. No belt because my back and core getting strong af! Used straps. Normally i dont because grip strength is not an issue but i wanted to focus on the pull. Last rep was annoying only because these damn plates suck! Nevertheless, work was done! Pr was set! Gains were made! Ego's were embarrassed! My coach @bridgeford242 got me set up right! People love to make excuses. Blame others for their failures. You are responsible for your own actions! This is only the beginning phase of the program and i am very happy with the results already! Still hunting that 700!
