I'm so excited I can barely contain myself! I was in Mysore, india the day Harmony got Certified. On Saturdays we have Conference with Sharath. It's a time to ask questions. It's a time to gather as a community. It's a time to listen to our dear teacher speak. And it's a time of announcements. Harmony was announced by Sharath & I remember bursting into tears! I was so thrilled for her! So happy! She is such a dedicated student. Such an inspiration to witness on & off the mat. And I'm so honoured to call her my friend. Day 3 of Intensive Teacher Training and I’ve already learned so much by these amazing instructors, I am always so amazed by the knowledge and new techniques I can learn in my practice as it evolves over the years. The best advice someone ever gave me to was to be a sponge and never stop absorbing new information, keep putting yourself out there, being vulnerable and growing!

Sit in padmasana. Lie flat on the back and arch the back by resting the crown of head on the floor. Increase the back arch by holding both feet with hands and pulling the legs up. Now hold both elbows with hands and rest the forearm on the floor behind the head. Stay here for 30 to 60 seconds. Rest the back of the head on the floor and sit in padmasana. Then interchange the legs and repeat all the steps again. One can also lie flat on the floor with arms stretched up if arching the back is difficult to achieve. 🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸🔸
