Holy Moly - Day #3... let's just say I have found my weakness... it's CARDIO! •
I don't know what it is, but I can take an hour long dance class and not feel tired at all... but tell me to do jumping jacks, high knees, jump squats, and mountain climbers and I'm like HELL NO!! •
Who's with me on this?? And if not... you're my idol - I wish I could be like you (when it comes to loving cardio)!
Besides that... day #3 simply rocked!! At first I was scared about the timed nutrition (thinking I wouldn't have enough to eat), but that's NOT the case at all. I'm actually eating all day long (every 2-3 hours exactly)... not bad, right? •
