Here's some quadruped drills to add to your repertoire:
1. Breakdancer - you're just going from a tabletop position to a crab walk position by passing your leg under you and allowing your body to follow. Continue in the same direction for a few passes and then change directions. You should move across the room rather you should simply rotate around in a circle. Try not to get too dizzy. Amazing drill for shoulder health and core strength.
2. Quadruped dribbling - either hovering or in a pushup or tall plank position, try passing a ball from one hand to the other. Don't shift your weight more than you have to. Roll the ball or bounce if you need a challenge. Extra challenge - bounce off the wall or pass to a friend.
3. Leg sweeps - here I'm using a shena and a reverse grip. Simply just sweeping my leg underneath. Try holding your leg as extended as possible.
You can do these at work. Just tell your coworkers you're looking for something that rolled under your desk.
