It makes sense really. Live bodies need Live Food. Dead Food leads to dead bodies. This whole concept has been used to regain health and balance in the body.
Processed food is dead. Junk food is dead. Meat that has been slaughtered, then hung, then transported, then packaged, the transported, then put on display and the sits in your fridge for a week and then is finally cooked....you guessed it- it’s well and truely dead.
But what about the other things we associate as healthy but are dead. 👉 canned food
👉 vegetables transported for miles
👉 apples kept in a cold store for up to two years

Try switching to, fresh as vegetables, activated beans, chickpeas and nuts, sprouts, anything Live.
