DISGUISE MOVIE REVIEW
I will try not to use so many words here... words are very expensive, right?
The ‘disguise’ plan is a good plan. I mean generally, in real life… not in this movie. The entire ploy to collect our money at the cinemas in exchange for this piece was done in disguise, though we could recognize it for what it is.
This movie did not even move anything. The premise totally left me with no promise. How could they possibly fail at something that is so notoriously played out? Come on!
Disguise had lots of useless scenes, loads of annoying characters disguising as actors (i.e. one annoying guy that was just overacting after the task was given) and worst of them all, the length of the movie was KILLING. What haven’t I endured because of my love for this industry?
I couldn't get past Ik Ogbonna’s facial features and Adam's apple much to think of him as a woman, even though he was supposed to play one. It all just didn't work for me. But then again, this was supposed to be some sort of comedy, hence it could pass? No! Ik Ogbonna is not particularly a great actor so even making him act as a woman is like overburdening a mosquito with a donkey’s job. Wicked people!
Directing was more piss poor. Desmond Elliot is probably more suited to his politics at the moment, though I don't even know if he's doing that one well. Truth be told, I'm getting tired of his movies. It's sadly becoming a routine fact that every movie he directs will most likely turn out bad. This is not even badmouthing him... This is fact. Check all he has done in the past two years carefully. Shhh... Don't be biased. Fact!.
