This meal is messy, tasty, beautiful and AMAZING.
So what is it?? You can’t really tell can you?😅
Banana pancakes 🎊
How to make the pancakes:
1 and 1/2 bananas
Oil for frying them
Mash the banana: Peel the banana and break it up into several big chunks in a bowl. Use a dinner fork to mash the banana. Continue mashing until the banana has a pudding-like consistency and no large lumps remain; a few small lumps are okay.
Ad 2 eggwhites ( you can add one whole egg instead but it’s less calories when you only use the eggwhite)
Stir everything together until they are combined. The batter will be loose but it’s okaaahhh.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat.
Put some oil in there and drop the batter on the frying pan!
You decide if you want the pancakes to be big or small.
You decide what toppings you want to have!
I used 25g of gaam nutrition whey 100 from @proteinbolaget 😍🙌🏽, 50g vanilla yogurt, 30g peanut butter.
So fucking good🎉😘🙌🏽
