I remember when we started this journey, it seemed like every other day of having to do our workout was such a pain in the ass. Some days we really didn’t want to do it.
But we made ourselves, and look where we are now.
I missed two days of workouts because I didn’t have a choice but I didn’t fall off the wagon, it wasn’t hard to get up today and do my workout. Instead? I was so PUMPED to be able to do it. I actually couldn’t wait. Because I have chosen to make this a lifestyle, it has become that much easier to do this everyday. •
And I feel amazing knowing that I am fueling my body the right way everyday and staying active. So no it doesn’t have to be a chore to live a healthy lifestyle. I also give a HUGE THANKS to our accountability groups for helping me with this journey, and this amazing opportunity I have had to become a coach because it has held me that much more accountable to my health and fitness. •
