We love to show a warm welcome our New Members at IntoFitness. Last week we are so grateful to be able to work with 6 New Members in our Beginners Bootcamp Program. I love taking these ladies through our 10 Week Introductory Bootcamp and help them gradually build on their fitness, their strength, their energy, their confidence and their happiness quotient over the course of 10 weeks. I watch them grow from@being inactive, lethargic and low on confidence to becoming full of energy, confidence, self belief and with a sparkle that they haven’t felt in years. And of course they don’t want to stop after 10 weeks. Why would you ever quit on something that serves you and makes you feel good. And so of course they become part of our long term fitness family. And we love seeing them spread their wings and become their better, better, best.
