A lot of people have asked that I share more about how our family will stay on protocol during our travels the next 10 days. So, I’ll do my best to post along the way!
This is what I packed for myself to eat on the 4.5 hour flight plus a container of papaya that I ate before I remembered to take a pic 🤭 The salad was a simple mix of baby greens, raw asparagus, raw onion and sliced, baked sweet potato seasoned with harissa.
A few tips- Fiji is the best brand of bottled water and can be easily found in most airports. Since air travel comes with radiation exposure, I always fly with @reclaimteas “Radiation Clear” and a tea diffuser. You can request hot water on the plane ✈️ To reduce your radiation exposure as much as possible, make sure to “opt out” of the full body scanner during the TSA check-in process ✌🏻
