New endcap is in and it was tedious, but not as hard as we imagined it would be. ⠀
First we practiced our measurements with pieces of corrugated plastic to make sure it would work. ⠀
We used a circular saw to cut a sheet of 20-gauge aluminum into rectangles (11.5”x60.5”), then fit them in, using Clecos to hold them in place until we’re ready to put in rivets. ⠀
The middle piece would have been the easiest if it didn’t require a precision hole be cut around the exhaust fan. We also cut a few new holes for light fixtures, and viola... The things you can learn on the internet, right?
