I call it the Kitchen Sink smoothie. 🤣
Take what you have in fridge and freezer and toss it in. Add a bit of maple syrup to hide the butternut squash taste so it will mix with the watermelon.
Play around until you have a good taste. #superfancy —-
I didn’t like the texture of butternut squash apple pie no-oatmeal after it was frozen, so I put about a third of a cup in here. That was butternut squash, apples, coconut, maple syrup. I added strawberries, blueberries, watermelon, a bit of coconut milk, water, watermelon juice, half a banana, half an avocado,and a handful of spinach. Tastes mostly like watermelon. Sounds gross but tastes good.
