APA/IPA carbed up well. Lots of citrus fruit aroma, and similar citrus flavours. Interesting mouthfeel, which I think could be the amount of hop oils, being that all the kettle hops went in at 65degC (apart from small bittering charge at 60mins), then dry hops for 5 days. Has more of a pineapple flavour on the aftertaste too. Was a successful experiment with whirlpool hopping. I do think the addition of hops around 85degC do give a more rounded flavour though. I'm guessing not many breweries can do both additions, just the flame-out. This batch won't last long.
