Sooooo, I decided to start incorporating food that I make on this blog! 👩🏻🍳 This summer has given me loads of downtime & I've been using most of it in prepping my meals- something I didn't get to do my first year in college. I also got back on to logging my food & exercise in order to keep track of my calorie intake & balance my macros 📊
This is a basic breakfast of 2 fried eggs over tomato & organic baby spinach 🍳 I should have toned down the oil to reduce the fat, however, the meal still came down to 211 cal!
