💜You have to fill your cup before you can pour into others. 💜
Here are a few of my fav ways to fill my cup:
-find reasons to laugh even in the most stressful of times
-read a good book
-move my body, dance party or a 30 min sweat sesh or sometimes both!! -eat foods that fuel you, superfoods yes please! -get out in nature
-watch a Disney movie and sing all the songs (no shame in my Disney musical game!)
-smile, yes SMILE, like I've just hit the jackpot!
Life isn't always easy but when you take time to fill your cup-the way you tackle those tough moments gets a lot more enjoyable! .
