πŸ˜„ I remember once doing an experiment where I had shut my peepholes & take myself back to an upsetting situation & bloody hell as soon as I started thinking about the situation all the feelings came flooding back & I was a blubbering wreckπŸ™‡πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ it really proved to me what a powerful thing it is & why it's important not to dwell on mistakes, negative feelings or the past. Having the right mindset when it comes to your health, fitness & fat loss journey is crucial for success.

❀️Too many of you focus to much on exercise as a calorie burning thing only when in actual fact it's so variable that you can't really rely on it hence why nutrition is key- once you stop with that particular mindset it will be like revelation.

❀️Food is fuel & viewing it as anything else ( i.e. Good/bad, clean, a reward ) leads to -/ unhealthy relationship with it.

❀️Fat loss isn't a magic happening there are a series of things have to happen over time & there really is no way round that.

❀️Daily movement of any kind is is a winner for the body & the mind so make it a priority to make it a life habit πŸ˜ƒ

I usually don't run on weekday mornings because I always think I won't even enough time to run a long enough distance without being late to work. HOWEVER, I am now choosing consistency/daily runs over distance because every little helps. 3 miles every week day for 25 mins or less, and more distance on the weekends is my outdoor running plan this October.
