We get a lot of foster brothers and sisters visiting our house, they stay a while and our mummy tries to find them a forever home. This was Peggy she was a foster sister that turned into a forever sister 💜 mummy said that Peggy had been treated very very bad and that she needed lots of special kisses and hugs and love. Mummy said that she had been used to make lots of babies by bad people and when she got cancerlumps in her belly they threw her over a wall and left her. My mummy took her home and she was told to give her some last lovely days before she needed to be put to sleep. She was loved so much that we gave her a new reason to fight and the dog doctor told my mummy that Peggy was no longer in pain and that she was well enough to go home, her lumps were not getting worse. Our forever sister Peggy stayed with us for just longer than a year and then she had to go to heaven to keep the little doggys in order my mummy said. -
Peggy's tumours were a result of over breeding. She was a beautiful dog, with so much love to give and she asked for nothing in return. She kissed, ran, played and was full of energy. She had the early days of her life ripped away from. People need to realise the pain that's behind the puppy farms.
