Here is an update of what my current macros are and what my physique currently looks like with some measurements. I've been lifting for nearly 12 years now and I'm pretty satisfied with where I am at the moment so I'm pretty much in maintenance mode at this point. It's important to keep in mind that macros are highly individual and just because these macros work for me, they won't necessarily work for you which is why you need to customize your own macros for your individual goals.
