I am honored to have spent 3 days with 25 men and women from Latin America that went ALL-IN. Some drove 24 hours, some walked across bordering countries and took buses, some living in the face of fatal hardships, yet all with an open mind and a heart eager to receive.

Coach Keeler and I went to impact the community but somehow we left impacted. I received so much from this humble and hard working group. They helped me find my voice and share my passions and perspectives on fitness, business, and life. I was uncomfortable speaking a language that although is native, to me, I do not practice often enough to be able to properly express myself. However their kindness, patience, and humor helped me thrive.

The experience was complete and exceeded my expectations - physically, mentally, and spiritually; it was meant to develop Athletes and Coaches 360 degrees from the inside out - and I somehow ended up being on the receiving end as well. Programme Spotlight: Structural Balance

Part of our performance training services come in the form of 'off the shelf' training programmes in which athletes have all the information they need to carry out a pre-set programme without coaching.
Our first offering is called Structural Balance which focuses on building a solid foundation of athleticism before progressing on to sport specific or higher intensity training. This programme is ideal for off season training or for someone returning back to training from injury.

The principles that form the core of this programme are: - Improving range of motion to improve movement efficiency.
- Solidifying that range of motion with stability work
- Strong core = Stable hips and shoulders
- Building general work capacity through aerobic conditioning and lactate threshold work.
- Improving maximal strength potential through hypertrophy based resistance training.

What this means is improved performance potential when progressing training and a reduction in the risk of injuries.

🏃🏼ENDURANCE @ CFTÜ🏃🏼‍♀️ In den Endurance-Klassen verbessern wir Deine Grundlagenausdauer durch längere Workouts mit Laufen, Ergometern, Double Unders und einfachen zyklischen Bewegungen. Wir trainieren nach der Intervall- und extensiven Dauermethode, ohne externe Gewichte und mit geringen Technikansprüchen. Deshalb eignet sich die Klasse auch für jeden.
